Do you sell real taxidermy and replica taxidermy?

Yes. We offer both authentic taxidermy specimens and handmade replica taxidermy. Each product listing clearly states whether the item is real or a replica.

What materials are used for replica taxidermy?

Our replicas are made using a sculpted internal form, artificial eyes, handmade details and natural-looking faux fur. The fur is individually cut and hand-sewn to create realistic markings and texture.

Are your replicas made from real animal skin?

No. Our replica taxidermy is made without real animal skin. We use high-quality faux fur and artificial materials.

Can I order a custom animal replica?

Yes. We create custom head mounts, shoulder mounts and full-body replicas. You can submit your request through our Custom Replica Taxidermy page and include the animal, size, pose, delivery country and reference photos.

How long does a custom order take?

Production usually takes approximately 2–4 months, depending on the animal, size, complexity and current workload. Large life-size projects may require additional time.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. Worldwide shipping is available for most products and destinations. Shipping options depend on the item’s size, destination and any applicable import restrictions.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the dimensions, weight and destination. For custom orders, shipping is calculated individually and included in the quotation.

Are customs duties and import taxes included?

Unless specifically stated in the product listing or quotation, customs duties, import taxes and local fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

Can real taxidermy be shipped internationally?

International shipping of authentic taxidermy depends on the species and the laws of the destination country. 

Will documents be included with real taxidermy?

Available documents and legal information are stated in the individual product listing. Buyers should also confirm local import requirements before purchasing.

Can I choose the pose, eye color or expression?

Yes. Custom replica orders can usually be personalized, including pose, head position, eye color, facial expression and approximate dimensions.

Will my replica look exactly like the reference photo?

Reference photos are used as a guide. Because every piece is handmade, small differences in shape, fur pattern and expression are natural and make each replica unique.

Do you accept returns?

Return eligibility depends on the product. Custom-made and personalized items are generally non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or materially different from the agreed order. Please review our refund policy before purchasing.

What happens if an item arrives damaged?

Contact us immediately and provide clear photographs of the packaging and damage. Keep all original packaging until the shipping claim has been reviewed.

What payment methods do you accept?

Available payment methods are shown during checkout. Custom orders may require a deposit before production begins, with the remaining balance due before shipping.
